Looks worn

When I took out the pants from the package, I was surprised to find that they were quite wrinkled. I couldn’t help but to think that I was sent a used or returned item. Very disappointing…

Update: Received amazing support from the GFL team (Thanks Shani)! After I washed the pants, they look and feel great! Adding two more stars ⭐️⭐️
