US Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most US orders ship within 3–5 business days, though some limited drops and pre-orders may take longer. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment dimension.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what do I do?

Sometimes tracking takes a day or two to reflect updates. If it hasn’t moved after72 hours, feel free to contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate the situation.
Can I edit or cancel my order?

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.

However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to update sizing, address details, or cancel the order—as long as it hasn’t been sent out yet.

Can I redirect my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to reroute it. 

International Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and customs regulations. If you are shipping internationally, please make sure to check your country's customs fees, as they are your responsibility.
What is the shipping cost for international orders?

The flat-rate international shipping fee is $36 USD which will be automatically added to your fees at checkout.
