What is your return policy
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached. Sale items and limited edition drops are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please fill out the Contact Form above or send us an email at missioncenter@gfl.earth with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will respond with next steps and a complimentary return shipping label if your return/exchange request is approved.
Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Yes, if we have your preferred item in stock. Let us know your order number and the item/size you’d like to exchange it for, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Exchanges ship out once we receive your original item and approve it.

How long does shipping take?
Most US orders ship within 3–5 business days, though some limited drops or custom pieces may take longer. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment dimension.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and customs regulations. If you are shipping internationally, please make sure to check your country's customs fees, as they are your responsibility.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what do I do?
Sometimes tracking takes a day or two to reflect updates. If it hasn’t moved after 72 hours, feel free to contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate the situation.

Are your clothes unisex?
Yes! Most of our pieces are designed to be unisex and inclusive. Check each item’s description for specific fit notes or reach out for advice.
